Dual Education – Perspectives and Challenges of Innovativeness in Education
On October 7th, 2021, a working group meeting was held on the topic of “Innovations in Education: Challenges and Opportunities of the Dual Model”. The meeting brought together experts in the field, including Nikola Matković, Director of Hemijsko-tehnoloÅ¡ka Å¡kola in Subotica, Marina Lukić, Project Coordinator in Employment Improvement at the Beogradska Otvorena Å¡kola, Frank Aleter from the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and Margareta Smiljanić, President of SKONUS. The working group was held with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Belgrade.
The goal of the working group was to discuss the perspectives and challenges of implementing dual education programs, as well as to explore innovative approaches to enhance the employability of students. The speakers shared their insights and experiences on the topic and engaged in a productive dialogue to provide deeper understanding of dual education and its impact on education and employment.
