Regional Approach in Overcoming Crises and Security Issues

On September 9th, 2021, a working group focused on the topic of “Regional Approach to Overcoming Crises and Security Issues” was held.

The participants of the consultations were Sead Turčalo, Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Sarajevo, Vesna Marković, Deputy Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and MP of the Serbian Progressive Party, Marko Savković, Foundation BFPE for Responsible Society, Ilija Đugumanov, General Secretary of ATA North Macedonia and Edin Koljenović, RYCO. The consultations were organized with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Belgrade.

The working group on “Regional Approach to Overcoming Crises and Security Issues aimed to bring together experts and decision-makers to discuss the challenges facing the region in terms of security and crisis management. Through this discussion, the group aimed to identify areas where regional collaboration can help to mitigate the impacts of these challenges and improve the overall security situation.
