“Green Policy and Strategic Approach of the Western Balkans” was the topic of the RESECO-KAS working group held on August 13, 2021.
The topic was discussed by Lidija Radulović from the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence, Samir Beharić, an energy activist and researcher from the Balkan Forum in Sarajevo, Ognjan Pantić from the Belgrade Open School, Vuk Iković, a biodiversity researcher from the Green Home organization in Podgorica, and Darko Nadić, a professor of Social and Political Ecology and European Union Environmental Policy at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
The discussions focused on the importance of a green policy for the Western Balkans and the strategic commitments needed to achieve a sustainable future.
