On September 24th, 2021, a working group on “Diplomatic and Bilateral Agreements for Resolving Open Issues and Status Disputes in the Balkans” was held. The group brought together experts in the field, including Nora S. Ahmetaj from the Center for Research, Documentation, and Publication (CRDP) in PriÅ¡tina, Nemanja Džuverović, professor at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Belgrade, Center for Peace Studies, and Nermina Mujagić, professor at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Belgrade in Sarajevo.
The goal of the working group was to contribute to the ongoing efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region and find lasting solutions to the persistent problems. The experts discussed the potential benefits and challenges of implementing such agreements and explored possible ways to enhance their effectiveness.
